Application method
Eight steps with conventional road-building machinery.
Step 1
Rip the in-situ soil
Soil ripping with a grader fitted with a ripper.
Step 2
Prepare the in-situ soil
Breaking up the soil to get it ready for mixing.
Step 3
Spread CONSOLID 444
The liquid nano stabilizer mix is spread with a water tanker truck.
Step 4
Apply SOLIDRY
The powder nano stabilizer is applied with a spreader truck.
Step 5
Mix
The in-situ soil is mixed with CONSOLID 444 and SOLIDRY.
Step 6
Compact
The mixed material is compacted with a sheepsfoot roller.
Step 7
Level
The compacted surface is leveled with a motor grader.
Step 8
Final compaction
Compaction with a smooth-drum roller. The road can be opened to traffic 2 hours later.
