Nano soil stabilizer – powder component.
SOLIDRY Nano Stabilizer
A granular powder made of a blend of catalysts and ion exchangers, mixed with cement and hydrated lime.
It is the complementary component of CONSOLID 444. It strengthens protection against water by blocking the capillaries and preventing surface water from penetrating the treated layer. In highly plastic soil, it brings the plasticity index down to values where the soil is easy to work. It waterproofs the soil, removes its sensitivity to water and repels it.
Benefits
- Makes petrification irreversible; only mechanical breakage can undo it.
- Acts on the ionic charge of particles, helping them bond and keeping water out.
- Applied with a spreader truck and mixed with a rotovator or any machinery that ensures even distribution.
Works together with CONSOLID 444
Both components effectively improve the strength and permeability of fines. They work with any soil type, activate its cohesive forces and reduce the influence of water noticeably and permanently.
